In version 1.4 a few bugs were fixed:
Sudden spikes in performance load (and hence often MAS breakdown) when Altiverb is fed extremely low volume (but non zero) data. This low volume audio can be the result from result from the 'tail' that is left behind by pre-eq.

With the release of version 1.1 a bug surfaced that renders the output of a bounce to disk action useless. Sometimes Altiverb showed the wrong picture. This happened in cases
where impulse response names were identical.
To avoid bus-feedback problems the surround outputs of a quad
Altiverb now default to 'not connected'.
