Q:
When I choose a different amp model, all the effects change, and I have to set them up the way I want all over again. What’s the story?
A:
Basically, each amp model is set up complete with effects that complement that particular sound. You can almost think of it as 6 extra presets (only they’re not available from the foot controllers). If you have an effect setup that you want to check out with some different
amp models before deciding which one you want to save it with, just power up the Spider while holding down the D button . This will turn off the EQ and effects autoload and you’ll be able to check out all the different models with your effects setting.
