Q:
How come the models in the Spider are different than the AX2 and Flextone?
A:
Since we only had 6 slots available for amp models in the Spider, and we wanted to provide the best and widest possible range of sounds, we decided to use everything we’ve learned about amp modeling over the last several years and create some new sounds that combine the characteristics of a number of different amps. Spider can take you all the way from pristine clean to more gain than you can imagine.
