After installation, there is only one thing you need to do to get Cubase optimized for use with the TC PowerCore. In the "Options" Menu, select "Audio Setup" and then "System". In the General section of the Audio System Setup, make sure the "Plug-In Delay Compensation" box is checked (enabled) in every session where you intend to use TC PowerCore.
