No. The SCSI port on the AW4416/AW2816 is for connecting external SCSI devices to back up the contents of the internal hard disk; it cannot be used to transmit data to connected computers or samplers. Moreover, connecting the AW4416/AW2816 to a computer or a sampler may damage the either of the devices, including the AW4416/AW2816, so you should absolutely avoid doing this.
