Q:
When I instal the iLok Extensions, using the InterLok Extensions Installer, I get this message "An error occurred while trying to download the file."
A:
Previous versions of the InterLok Extensions Installer required that your computer remain online during the installation process. If you are seeing this error while installing, you should download the latest version of the InterLok Extensions Installer which does not require the system to be online during the installation process.
If the computer using the iLok is not online: 1) Download the InterLok Extensions Installer to a computer that is online 2) Copy the installer to CD-R or other removable media 3) Transfer this file to the computer with that using the iLok with Pro Tools LE. 4) Run the installer. This will install the required drivers to the System Folder/Extensions Folder 5) Restart the computer
