Yes, in Pattern Chain you can create a scene track which has different sets of mutes.

From Pattern Chain, select Edit, F4 changes the track you are editing.
- There is a pattern track, a scene track and a Tempo track.
- Select scene and you will see a display of the 16 tracks.
-You can select a track and mute it on and off and also insert/delete new mute scenes.
