While this isn't an easy one to answer, most people seem to benefit by installing the Sun Java Runtime Environment, versus the Microsoft Java. Both versions are included on the CDR that comes with your Command Station, just remember to uninstall E-Loader before you load the new Java. And of course reinstall it once you're done too.
