Yes, in Performance Mode Part Edit, F4[Tone], SF1[Tune], you can set the note shift (transpose) for each Part.

If you are in Master mode, you can also transpose the individual zones for external MIDI control.

Also just like Performance, a Song/Pattern Mix each part can be transposed individually.
