Attempting to write a DDP tape in Mezzo Master 1.1 with SCMS flags set...

Attempting to write a DDP tape in Mezzo Master 1.1 with SCMS flags set crashes the Mac.

SCMS is not currently supported in the DDP format. Be sure to turn off SCMS settings in the PQ window before writing the DDP tape. The app should warn you that it isn't supported, and allow you to uncheck the SCMS and attempt another write, but we have seen this occasionally cause a crash.
