Pro Audio Support

Q:
Audio plays at the wrong pitch when previewing in a Sound Designer II Plug-In like DINR.

A:
This will happen if the Sample Rate (SR) of the file does not match the hardware Sample Rate, and when the Plug-In is not performing a real-time SR conversion. Each individual plug-in makes this choice as it is not imposed by SDII. Broadband Noise Reduction (in DINR) chooses to not do this in exchange for more processing bandwidth, so there is not enough DSP left after the noise reduction for real time SR convert.
