Q:
"Not enough memory in the Mac to preview that sample" when playing samples from SampleCell's open dialog.
 
A:
Even though the total memory in the Mac or on the card seems to be enough, if the memory assigned to the Editor is not sufficient this will happen. Increase the preferred memory size in the SampleCell Editor's Get Info window in the Finder when the application is not running. It defaults to 2.048k, but previewing a 10 second stereo sample would require 4000k of application memory.
