A:
This is a Mac OS Error that means File Not Found, Folder Not Found, Edition Container Not Found, or Target Not Found.1) Crossfades corrupted or missing. Quit Pro Tools, throw away the Fades folder and re-open the session. May need to increase the preferred memory of the Pro Tools application.2) Directory problem. Run Disk First Aid or Norton Disk Doctor to analyze the drive for problems. If a directory problem is found, it is best to back up the files, reinitialize the drive, then restore the files.
