When monitoring the ADAT tracks they play back slow.

This will happen if your ADAT tracks were originally recorded at 48k and the Pro Tools session you are syncing with is set for 44.1k. Changing the Pro Tools session back to 48k will solve this problem. This will also happen if you have an SSD or VSD in the system and it is set for a different sample rate than the ADAT tracks.
