Q:
After closing a session with the QSys 2.0 plug-in instantiated, then opening another session, Pro Tools displays error "Could not open this file because the required resources were not found."
 
A:
QSys 2.0 was prone to this. Registered users can get an update from QSound Labs by emailing them at digisupport@qsound.comA workaround in version 2.0 is to close and relaunch Pro Tools to get back to normal functionality.

• "Pro Tools hardware is not turned on", DAE -9045, or noise from all outputs when Pro Tools is slaved to an external signal set to 48k. Setting the external sync signal to 44.1 solves this problem.
