The beginnings of regions (up to about 1800 samples) are clipped off during playback in Pro Tools on a Bit 3 chassis.

This can happen when running Pro Tools 4.1.1 on a Bit 3 chassis using a 6' cable between the host and controller cards. Switching to a 4' cable should fix the problem.
