"Could not open session because of program error" in Pro Tools when opening an existing session after all files appear to load.

This was discovered when the drive was formatted with HFS+ and the CPU was running Mac OS 8.1.This was reported on Pro Tools 4.1.1 and it first happened with Pro Tools' Demo Session.
