"Sync video cable not receiving valid signal" error message when trying to record video and/or audio in AudioVision.
A:
Verify that the black burst generator is connected and the system is receiving valid sync signal to the ABVB board (black BNC connector called Genlock).This can happen if recording is started in AV but the video deck is not playing. Make sure video deck is rolling before recording begins in AV.
