Q:
"Unable to create a DAE deck" when launching Pro Tools 5.0. The DAE buffer keeps resetting its self to zero.
 
A:
In this case the Mix core card was not seated properly, reseating the card solved this. Other causes can include poorly seated Chassis cables and multipleDSIs in the System Folder.
