HUI scribble strips are blank and text in the VFD screen is sometimes incomplete when using a HUI and MTP I

With the MTP I, after powercycling HUI, launching Pro Tools, or assigning a controller int the Peripherals dialog, HUI is usually not completely initialized. Some scribble strips will be blank and the text in the VFD screen is sometimes incomplete. Bank swapping can sometimes cause the displays to update properly.
