DINR Audio Suite on Media Composer NT/Mac is not loading or showing up...

DINR Audio Suite on Media Composer NT/Mac is not loading or showing up in the the audio suite window, processing window. May post 2108 error when loading or authorizing

Media Composer 9.1 NT and Mac ver 8 require DINR ver 3.3 or above. This can happen if Plug-ins CD ver 1 is used. Use plug-ins CD ver 2 or above.
