This can be caused by the Digi 001's resources beingshared with other devices. To check, go to Control Panels/Sytem/Device Manager/Computer/Properties/View Resources/settings.To fix this: Try moving the Digi 001 PCI card to another PCI slot.Most PC computers assign resources (IRQ) to individual PCI slots. This can sometimes be changed in the bios from fixed to assignable.
