Pro Tools MIDI input stops working.After verifying that the MIDI input device is enabled and MIDI thru is on, MIDI output is working, Pro Tools Preferences are resetthere is still no MIDI input signal.

The OMS preferences have become corrupted.Trash the OMS preferences (OMS folder in the system folder/OMS preferences/OMS current state) and empty trash,restart.
