I can't authorize my software.
A:
Do not boot the computer with the disk inserted in the drive. This action will revert to using the generic Apple USB Drivers to handle the device and thus the PACE (de)authorizer application will be disabled. Presence of USB SuperDiskClass, USB SuperDiskUT (v3.3b for Mac OS 8.5.x or v3.3a for Mac OS 8.6 and later) drivers and the USB Floppy Enabler (version 2.0).Hot swap the drive to another available USB port.Disable Virtual Memory in the Memory Control Panel and restart the computerDouble click on the De(authorizer) icon on the diskette instead of launching the application and being prompted to authorize the application.

I've entered my authorization code (or serial number) but the OK/Verify button is still greyed out. Where is the authorization code located?
