PC will not boot up past the RAM check only when Digi 001 card is installed...

PC will not boot up past the RAM check only when Digi 001 card is installed. Occurs on Abit SE 6 motherboard with Intel 815e chipset.Freezes at "SDRAM at Row (x)"

There seems to be a incompatibility between the 001 card and the Video card built into the SE 6 motherboard. Installing a PCI graphics card alleviated the problem in one case. Replacing the Abit with an Asus worked in another case.
