When I switch inputs 1 and 2 of my 24-bit ADAT Bridge to digital input & digital sync from within Pro Tools (Setup -> Playback Engine or in Session Setup), the optical inputs 7 and 8 show duplicate signals in Pro Tools 5.x of inputs 5 and 6, respectively.

The bug lies in a PROM of the ADAT 24 hardware. This behavior does not exhibit itself on inputs 9 through 16, and does not appear on 16-bit ADAT Bridges. The bug occurs currently in versions 5.0.1 and 5.1 of Pro Tools software.If you encounter this problem please call Technical Support.
