DAE -4 Error on Mix card #1, DSP #1 when launching Pro Tools 5.01.
 
A:
This can be caused by running the "new" MIX cards with the K30A DSP chips on them with out using the DSI 5.01 r 2 or higher DigiSystem INIT.
