How do I get the MIDI sequences I wrote on my Korg Triton workstation into Pro Tools?

Save the sequences to Floppy using the Korg Triton's Save To Disk function as a Type 1 Standard Midi File.Mount the DOS-formatted floppy on the Pro Tools machine, and from the file menu in Pro Tools, Import Midi and select the .MID file on the floppy disk and hit Open.
