Why is a video engine folder installed into my DAE folder when Pro Tools...

Why is a video engine folder installed into my DAE folder when Pro Tools 5.1 is installed? I did not select AV Option or AV Option XL.

The Pro Tools 5.1 installer contains a Video Engine folder within the DAE folder for the purpose of updating already existing AV Option and AV Option XL systems. There is a minor bug in the installer that causes an empty video engine folder to be installed on non-AV systems. Having the video engine folder present in the DAE folder should not cause any problems, however, one can simply drag it to the trash and delete it.
