Requirements for using 1:1 uncompressed video on an AV Option XL system.
 
A:
1) Four drives must be striped as a RAID using ExpressRAID or ADU2 (Avid Drive Utility) 2.1 or higher, the drives must also be LVD.2) A second SCSI card is required for the video drives, either an ATTO UL2D or UL3D is recommended.3)Two drives on each SCSI bus of the ATTO HBA used for video only.4)The drives should be identical models.
