Direct I/O is greyed out in the Soft SampleCell 3.0 Setup window.

Make sure the Digidesign Direct I/O extension is installed in the extensions folder.This will also happen if Pro Tools or any other application using DAE is also launched. Quit any applications using DAE and Direct I/O will be available in Soft Sample Cell.
