There appears to be an incompatibility with the Soft SampleCell extension and Radialogic Firewire drivers, specifically the "Radialogic ATA/SCSI Driver" extension. If you have both installed and boot your CPU the SSC extension will show up with a red cross and will not load (you can't use SSC).
