"A program error occurred." When trying to record audio in Pro Tools 5.1U to a Unity workspace.

This is an issue with Pro Tools 5.1U, it is fixed in the CPR release of Pro Tools 5.1Ucs1. This only occurs after recording video. Audio recording prior to recording video into the session is fine.
