On a system with a TDM-connected SampleCell II Card, "SampleCell" is grayed out as a choice in the input selector of Pro Tools tracks.
 
A:
"SampleCell" is grayed out as a choice in the input selector because there are no paths defined for SampleCell in the I/O Set Up. Go to Set Ups > I/O Set Up > SampleCell, and hit the "Default" button. This will create the default I/O paths for SampleCell.
