Q:
My 192 I/O interface should be the master by default but every time I reset the hardware the interface goes to slave.
A:
If you have the cards in any other order than,1) Core2) Process3) Processthe Core card might not be set up as the master. Look at the configuration and verify where the TDM flex cable is connected. The card with the A port open is the default Master. This should be the Core card, but because the system can be configured with a different card order ( Not supported ) the system would continue to function but the Default master would be where the empty A port is.

The HD Core and Process card have Two Digi serial ports. Can the second port be used for Machine Control or Serial MIDI interfaces? How do I set the input levels on the 001. In Pro Tools|HD my legacy interfaces (888/24, 1622 etc ) have become "inactive". and cannot be accessed. Why? I keep getting a Mac OS -34 "disk full" error during a Bounce To Disk "System error. Pro Tools LE. CHK error" when launching Pro Tools LE Mac. |
