All three repair locations will be offering a special service installing non-detented encoders on the Main control side of ProControl. The service includes replacement of the detented encoders with non-detented parts, fader overhaul, cosmetic check (for example, replacement of scraped extrusions if needed), and full test. Due to the significant amount of time one of these repairs will take, customers who want the service will need to make a reservation via their Tech Support rep with the RA Administrator.
