Q:
After updating to Pro Tools 5.3.1, the REMOTE MIC PRE button on my Control|24 says that it is still not implemented.
 
A:
The Pro Tools 5.3.1 updater program posted on Digidesign's website prior to 6/21/02 did not update the Control|24 profile. To update the Control|24 profile, reinstall Pro Tools 5.3 and update to Pro Tools 5.3.1 using an updater CDROM from a dealer or re-download the Pro Tools 5.3.1 updater from www.digidesign.com
