Make sure the computer is set to never to go to sleep. On a Mac:Apple Menu > Control Panels > Energy Saver > Set the sleep setup to "Never". On a PC:Setups Menu > Control Panel > Display > Screen Saver > Power > Set all parameters to "Never".
