When recording or playing a Pro Tools LE session with Mbox an error message appears:"The Digidesign Mbox peripheral is not connected to the USB bus. Please connect it to the USB bus. (-9135)"

Pro Tools LE requires the Mbox to be directly connected to a USB port on the computer for playback and recording. DO NOT connect the Mbox to a USB hub. If the Mbox is already connected to a USB port on the computerHere are some steps for troubleshooting:1) Trash preferences. Mac Hard Drive > System Folder > Preferences folder. Drag to the trash: Digisetup and Pro Tools LE prefs. Empty trash. Shut down.2) Plug the USB cable going to the Mbox to a different USB port on the computer. Restart.3) Launch Pro Tools LE and try to playback.
