In Pro Tools LE 5.3.2 with a Digi 002, the label of my 5th stereo channel @ 96k reads as ADAT 1-2 when I create 5 stereo tracks.

The digital I/O channel label will change to S/PDIF L-R if you click Default in I/O Setup,
