When using a Digi 002, Pro Tools LE 5.3.2, and a Gateway 1.8 Ghz Laptop, I can hear static that is coming across the FireWire port from the computer. The Digi 002 S/PDIF input in Pro Tools LE 5.3.2 is labeled "S/PDIF (Opt)" even if RCA S/PDIF I/O and clock are specified in the HW Setup dialog. In Pro Tools LE 5.3.2 with a Digi 002, the label of my 5th stereo channel @ 96k reads as ADAT 1-2 when I create 5 stereo tracks. Digi 002 stays in standby mode after update to system firmware 0.38. I/O setup problems with a Digi 002 and Pro Tools LE 5.3.2 when Opening a TDM session, and choosing "default" for Input pane. This results in the S/PDIF channels being assigned to channels 7-8, when they should be assigned to channels 17-18. |
