Q:
What value does Post Conform write for the time stamp of its associated audio files when exported to Pro Tools?
A:
PostConform uses the values from the Record In/ Record Out fields of the EDL to derive the "Original Time Stamp" value in Pro Tools. Setting the session start time in Post Conform does not alter these values.

Stem discussion. How does Pro Tools time stamping work? I have a direct connect plugin on an Aux track and I get no audio. What is wrong? When using Pro Tools 5.1 Audio Suite the D-Verb reverb tail (or Muli-Tap Delay Tail) ends at the end of the region boundary. My AudioSuite selection extends beyond the region boundary. System defaulting to the C drive for recording audio. |
