When I go to type in my serial number in to Pro Tools LE, I can only type capital letters, it seems like CAPS Lock is on, but it's not.
 
A:
This indicates that Pro Tools LE is aksing for an authorization code other than the Pro Tools validation code (i.e. DIGI0510...)Typically this will be D-Verb (the dialogue is misleading, as it states "Pro Tools serial number"), the key indicator is that you will have an "ok" button rather than a "validate" button.
