Q:
MOTU Issue: Auto-Tune
A:
If you are having trouble getting Auto-Tune to appear in an effects insert, make sure you are choosing a mono track. Auto-Tune is not available on a stereo track. You can also verify that the Auto-Tune Plug-in is installed by checking the Plug-ins folder. This folder is located in the MOTU folder, which can be found in the Extensions folder.
*Performer 6.02 users must update their Motu Audio System MAS 1.32, which can be found on our downloads page. If you are using Auto-Tune in Graphical Mode and would like your changes to be printed you must manually bounce the correction to another track. Assign the outputs of your track to a bus. Then record enable a new track and choose the corresponding bus as an input. Choose "Correct Pitch" and then hit record. Your graphical changes will be record to a new track.
