This can sometimes happen with pict capture under Mosaic (or any other program that supports PICT capture). Usually it occurs when the bit-map resolution is slightly different from the screen resolution, causing screen artifacts to appear. You can try different screen or PICT resolutions to remedy the problem. The result of the PICT, the print job, is not effected.
