When upgrading to Digital Performer 2.7 from an older version there are a few extra steps in order to have the custom brush patterns show up in the drum editor.

1. Open a new file in Digital Performer.

2. Choose Load from the file menu.

3. Navigate to the Digital Performer "Extras" folder and choose "Custom Rhythm Brushes".

4. In the load window you will want to select "Effects Settings"

5. Now that the patterns are loaded choose "Save As New File Template" from the file menu.

The brush patterns will now be available in all of your sequences.
