To do this, you need to do what is called an "Arrangement Dump" from the Virus into your sequencer.

1. create a new track to record onto and go to the beginning of the song
2. on your virus, hit CTRL and scroll to "MIDI Dump Tx"
3. using the value +/- buttons select "Arrangement"
4. press Record on your sequencer
5. press STORE on the virus (this sends the data to your sequencer)
You should see the virus count through the multi parts and that the sequencer is recording the data. If not, consult your sequencer manual re: SysEx filtering.

You probably want to then mute the track with the arrangement dump and save it so the data isn't sent each time your play the track.

If you end up changing some of the sounds for the song, then simply delete the chunk that contains the SysEx data in your sequencer and record again. Alternatively, you could just move the existing Arrangement Dump Chunk to another track or location in the song where you could keep it as a backup, in case you want to undo any patch tweaks.
