Why does my MIDI hesitate when I use the metronome in Cakewalk Sonar?

You can try this fix:
Go to your C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\Sonar 2 directory and double-click on the TTSSEQ.INI file. It will open in Notepad.
Under [Options], add this line:
IgnoreMidiInTimeStamps=1
Save the file, and launch Sonar. This should correct the problem.
