Q:
I registered my Native Instruments product as soon as I got it, but I haven't received any response from them. What's up?
A:
The registration system at Native Instruments is handled by system, that automatically generates a response and sends it to the customer. Some Internet Service Providers will detect that a message is being sent from an automated system, regard it as 'spam', and delete it without the end user's knowledge.
This is ultimately an issue concerning the ISP, and users that experience this problem are encouraged to contact their ISP regarding their respective policies governing automatically generated email messages. This phenomenon has been observed with AOL and Verizon users.
