What kind of memory will work in my FantomX?

The Fantom-X has one DIMM slot.
It will accept a 128MB, 256MB or 512MB DIMM.
The Fantom-X has the same RAM specification as Fantom-S (which is for PC100 or PC133 3.3V DIMMs.)
